The Breakfast Club
creepshow 2, texas chainsaw massacre 2, halloween III season of the witch, the thing, scarecrows are some 80s movies I remember watching as a kid
Unforgettable films from the era

Don't know The Hidden.

BUT I saw Bad Taste before Peter Jackson became mega big and in the itnerview afterwards I thought I hope he makes it big some day.
Only thing wrong with the film imo is it took too long to get into the house near th ned too much shooty shooty sort of dulled it a bit.
Other than that loved it!

They Live!
Very cool film and very true ignore the alien part.

Army of Darkness = everybody needs to see all versions of this. All very good.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off for the 80's, a shocker nobody's brought it up already

Heat wins the 90's for me, solid shootout, all round good film

there's def way more, but I wanna pick ones that haven't been picked

that or it already got picked lol

Not even Purple Rain quite lives up to it.

I posted these on the other movie thread, but I always recommend these two films;
https://youtu.be/fJyaXzAmYPs

Films depict mental hospital rehabilitation formulas for story skeletal structures, but then lather on lots of action, comedy and drama. No one told me this as a kid in the 70s, and now that I understand it I regret going into film and TV, but I can still enjoy some films like these two.
