“The Boys” S5 Prediction
No direct spoilers, but after watching the finale;

I think the show’s ending (if it is next season) is obvious.

The final fight will be Butcher vs Ryan, but really Kessler vs Butcher and Ryan. You know Butcher will have a change of heart, see his dead wife, and trying to stop himself from himself (Kessler) killing Ryan. I honestly believe there’s a big chance that the fight with Homelander will be pretty anticlimactic like the comic book where Homelander gets his absolute ass handed to him. The real villain will end up being Butcher, which again, sorta kinda goes with the comic.

Noir loses it and punches homelander's face in over tea one day.

the rest of his clown troupe folds instantly; most of them are shot in their sleep.

I stopped watching after "Hughie just lost his dad so wouldn't it be funny to abuse him?"

I just hope Homelander gets a nice cup of milk before he dies.

Didn't watch this season, doubt I'll watch the next season as well.

That's not what happened. LOL wut.

Anyhow, I think they've been setting up Starlight to be the one to take out Homelander.
She's about 30 seconds away from turning into Superboy Prime with how much crap has been happening to her.

And plus, despite them forgetting how Neumen's powers work, she might as well be completely unstoppable thanks to being blood based, think Sage, but instead of her brain, her blood is the regeneration factor, they haven't quite forgotten how important it is for the good guys to win here.

And Honestly, they've been setting up Starlight to basically become a super-charged version of herself for way too long.

I hope they don't mess up.
Butcher's new wacky nonsense abilities won't do a damn thing to a super-charged Starlight.

All she needs to do is absorb something that has the entire EM spectrum in it.
And honestly, the only way to do that would be to have her right next to a nuclear bomb going off, because the full blast of the entire EM spectrum would overcharge her long before it vaporized her.

Based on how her powers work.
But I'm getting really tired of how lazy the show is getting with not letting the good guys win.
I'm really thinking the show people need to be chased after by angry bulls. :P

I wrote about the sexual assault of Hughie in Episode 6 and the monstrously tone-deaf comments about it from showrunner Eric Kripke. His response about the assault being “hilarious” makes me doubt the sincerity of this entire project.

Yeah, no, a random nonsensical article does not make it assault.

Not like what happened to Starlight.

Forbes really needs to fire the people responsible for that level of insanity and nonsense.
Good grief.

Eric is also not that type of guy.
Ever.
If he was like that, people would have canceled him so hard years ago that Kevin Spacey would have been forgiven first. :P

The entire conclusion of the series is that people like Homelander don't exist because people like Noir do.

So it takes away megalomaniacs strongman cake, and also faceplants them in it too.

Obviously they're not going to give it a fair turn, are they.

Huh?
His nonsensical article from a website that literally has no rights to create that article in the first place, since it's not about business, LOL, isn't the point here.

The show vastly is different from the comics.
Period.

In an interview with Variety, Kripke took a moment to address the controversial The Boys season 4, episode 6 scene being referred to as Hughie being “ sexually assaulted by his childhood hero.” The showrunner disagreed with the dark characterization, saying the writers viewed it as “hilarious.”

The Boys died a couple seasons ago.

Oh, that's what we're talking about here.
Good grief.

Look, you can't go around and try to start fights just because of a show pushing boundaries.

Was it "hilarious" when it happened to Starlight?

No it didn't. LOL wut.
The only main issues were with them forgetting how strong Stormfront was, and how Ryan's nuclear bomb heat vision attack was literally that, flash of light and all. At least his attack could easily destroy her.

No one talks about that flash of light.
