when people spread lies it's a form of delusion.
when people act in a manner to protect someone or something from harm and look to cancel others, it's a form of delusion.
when someone creates a thread with the sole intent on winding up other people and just want to twist everything up to have fun, it's a form of delusion.

Everyone has delusions, it just depends how far one is willing to go to carry it out all the way.
