She is not cringe. Himiko Toga is a perfectly normal girl who I would be happy to bring home to mom and dad.
Plastic female swamped with audio effects and computer generated sampling etc is not anything like a 'female' voice.
You have forgotten or have never known music and that is the biggest shame here :-/
