Would you trust or hire a cheater? in IRL
Or have a cheater as a friend, partner or whatever you share.
I, who have my own company and employees, would never do that.
I know that person, in some way, will destroy either their employment, clients, company, and in relationships... there is no relationship if there isent trust.
what do a cheater think when she/he+++++++ ♥♥♥♥ in the same spot that she/he+++++++ stands?

I would, because all people used to cheat. If you don't cheat in cs, it doesn't mean that you don't cheat in other aspects of life. It's our nature.

I see it the other way around. I see a cheater as a self righteous person, not caring they ruin something as great as games for everyone. I see them as sheltered, kindof like overly disrespectful people, which I see as from being so sheltered in some type of substyle of life, that they are oblivious to the fact that anyone can do anything to them at any time. For a reason that you mention, you need friends in this world to get anywhere, or even to get by when times get grim. You need to show trust and have trust to really make it in the local market. I would fire someone for cheating on games in their personal life since I work in the game industry.
