Why is it ok to be a tomboy but NOT ok to be a femboy?

Some man around here is currently getting flak for going to work wearing a dress. It's been all over the news. Said he doesn't even work with the public, just works in an office.

Meanwhile, I had a female teacher back in high school who always came to work wearing a man's suit.

So man wearing dress in an office is NOT ok. Woman wearing suit in front of underage children is ok. Why?

That's a skirt, not a dress. It is only worn in a specific part of the world. And it is reserved for special occasions. Not for day to day life.

Women are beautiful, cute, innocent, adorable, which is not the case for a man. If I ever saw a man dressed as a woman, I couldn't help but see this as a perverse and despicable act.
