Real world games
I'm currently playing games as a way to learn real world vocabulary. What are some games that teach real world vocabulary and activities?

I know The Sims, House Flipper, and Stardew Valley.

None, only the real world.

It's funny, real world when we have no proof that it is real... We should call this "real world" as the main world, namely the place where one resides.

What has Stardew Valley to do with reality...
Want something closer to reality try Farming Simulator franchise.

If a game were to be seriously based on the world we live in, it would be almost unplayable, extremely frustrating and difficult. But if I had to propose a game it would be this one:

It also teaches you the name of many vegetables in many different languages.

There isn't any audio but it's excellent to learn reading comprehension and new words.

There are loads of "learn Japanese" games. Katakana Wars, etc. I havent seen any for Mandarin. There are a few spanish learning games as well. You need to specify which language you want to learn. This would also pair well in the Game Recommendation thread, where some users really enjoy finding games you may enjoy.

I bought a learn piano app for my Switch, i paid 0 sek due to having 150 gold points on my account

Noice score. I wish we could get something dj related for a game, that pairs with your stuff like Rocksmith does with a guitar. All I get is a million soundtracks to sample from. I actually played the Subnautica soundtrack for some folks the other day and they were none the wiser.

Solid Snake asks for a definition of pretty much every word he hears in MGS, and everyone is ready to give it.
