A lunch of two lunches

I didn't eat the lunch I brought yesterday. So now I have yesterday's lunch and today's lunch, both for lunch today.

If I eat both lunches in one sitting, does that make it one lunch? Two lunches can only be one lunch if lunch is zero. Or if two is zero, which it isn't. So am I eating zero lunches? No calories?!

Perhaps it is a double lunch, which is itself a single lunch. One single double lunch. But if it's a single, it can't be a double. Perhaps the lunches themselves are single, making it a double single lunch.

Can it be a double lunch if they aren't identical? One of them has blueberries, and the other does not. Perhaps the duplicate parts, by virtue of otherwise failing to so constitute, are to be the double lunch, with the blueberries being a second lunch of their own.

If the sitting thing matters, then what if I only had one lunch, but I got distracted from it and had to finish it later? Does it then become two lunches by virtue of the two sittings?!?!

Several lunches implies several periods of eating food at or around lunchtime, unrelated to the amount of food eaten during any individual period

If anything, you just had a big lunch

Whatever you eat in one sitting is one meal. It could be 500 calories or 3,000, it's still one meal.
