I'm glad that they're going to try localizing games using AI translation.
Taking localization out of the hands of these terrible companies who butcher the translations with western social issues that don't exist in the original writing will make games way better.

Just remember, translators, you brought this on yourself. You should have translated things faithfully instead of injecting your beliefs into it.

AI are programmed with bias.

There was a trend about those image generating AI who highlighted that their prompts goes trough "diversity" and "inclusivity" keywords.

people have a hard time understanding that they'll never be enough of a jarhead for the powers that be. robots will always be better, dumber, more obedient.

Well, on that much I agree. This is about cost (labor) cutting, not politics.

Robots are cheaper in the long run. It's only the microfocus of YTD spending that causes human labor to look cheap and attractive.
