As a MAGA supporter, I wonder if this position of political persecution is going to backfire on them. BLM supporters felt abused by the same system that is going after Trump and Trump wants to dismantle the system that attacked him and reform it.

MAGA supporters aren't against the cause of BLM, we tended to dislike the racial element to it, the lying to gaslight people into supporting bad incidents of not real police brutality and the violence against people who weren't responsible.

How does looting target and burning down McDonalds help anyone?

Weird how California has always[ballotpedia.org] had a majority of democrat control except for in '96.

Actually, digging further, they allowed mail-in based on county discretion in 2016. Yet, according to the link, California has been all blue since 2011. I guess they can time travel now.

True. I think it's false to say "he let it burn." But I don't know that he was effective as he could have been as there does not appear to be any meaningful proactive measures taken.
