I wouldn't say that I'm chronically online, but I would say that I have a unhealthy relationship with being online.
What I would say is being chronically online, would include having a Social Media that you care a ton about, constantly doom scrolling, and more that I can't list in here.

I would say all the topics you create and their subject matter make you definitely a chronically online person. I don't think it has so much to do with time as it does with mentality and the things you talk about.

You make a lot of discussion about topics you only find online and that you don't typically talk about off of the computer.

When people call others chronically online, they are most definitely not referring to time they spend online. It's an insult meaning you have perspectives and talking points that you only find online in weird corners of the internet.

My guess would be micro managing multiple corporate social media accounts across many different websites. Which might as well be a new type of addiction.
