i put 2008 i will have 16 in 3 days but they asked for parental control with 15 yr i need open one gmail for school thats why im aksing

16 and over 16 should be fine maybe wait 3 days if u can. I am french and 15+ is for France and i did it just fine at that age when i was 15.

This is because of G.P.D.R. If I recall correctly, it is in part the E.U.'s equivalent of C.O.P.P.A., but they set 16 as the threshold age instead of 13 like its United States counterpart. You're technically not even supposed to be on Steam right now because of it...
