Tinder is a meat market for hook ups for the good looking, Legit dating sites are full of bots and only fans thots... so... what exactly am I supposed to do? hope I live long enough to see Blade runner and Joi become reality? super exciting I may one day get to buy a super expensive hologram that will tell me what I want to hear... Society really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. I hate this.

For short term relationships, looks are most important. You can also get away with not looking so good if you are very charismatic. I know someone who isn't that good looking but he is a silver tongued devil. He is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ someone new all the time.

Long term, it's money. Most women dream of sitting at home and not having to go to work while the man provides for them. Sounds like a good deal for me as a man as well. Not having to go to work while the woman does that for me. But it's just a fever dream, not reality.

Oh yeah. Purely online, it's just the looks. Nothing else. You get a split second of attention from a woman when she sees your profile picture. Even if she swipes in your favor and even if you get a date, you are still expected to go to a fancy restaurant where you pay for everything. Several times. Otherwise the relationship will go nowhere.

I'm greedy and selfish. I also don't have much money. Magic combo to scare away all the women. I really don't feel like spending so much time and money wooing women for a chance at something.

I rather go to Germany again and pay up front for the service. It's legal there. Those women are honest. Much more honest than most women you will find on the dating market.

I don't really understand why anyone would care about the finances of another person, especially at younger ages where a majority of the people are either still in education or just starting to become independent.

Being provided for is not something you're entitled to, it is something you earn and deserve. I might not be in the position to provide for you when we start dating, but if I like you enough and you prove to me that it'd be worth it, I would love to provide and make life easier for you.

If you expect to be provided for, especially at all times, just because you feel entitled to it... yeah, no. Same with other "privileges" like princess/king treatment. Instant pass.

I don't think it's exploitative if he's seeking an actual wife and to start a family which is what he mentioned above.

He isn't a sex tourist looking to exploit women.

To search for a mate or partner in a country where they still believe in tradition and family is not exploitative if he is genuine and sincere in his search for a partner.

He is simply searching in a place where the institutions of marriage and family are still highly regarded traditions and not something that people use to celebrate their vanity or narcissism.

Sure if you said so, let's agree to disagree humans are humans I rather remain highly skeptical about that whole "benign" power dynamic.

" sadly that's also part of the social engineering i've talked before, there's profit to be made from the promotion of vanity & narcissism, same with unrealistic beauty standards and the whole """beauty""" industry, which I think it has around $805.61 billion total market value atm.
