Why can't they make food have less calories.
If I eat 2 bowls of cereal, I shouldn't be having 2k calories just from that, without milk.

This tiny 16 oz box of raisin bran shouldn't be what ruins my day.

Turns out the composition of the food you're eating is important. Not just volume.
Read the labels on the food you consume.

Better yet, learn to cook so you know exactly what gets into your body.

They have. I don't remember if any are still for sale. Just crumble up Styrofoam and add it to a half bowl of cereal.
Mmm, Raisin Bran...
Some food products nutrition label are seriously stupid. LIke a tiny cake claiming it's 18 servings, when it should be like 4, just so the nutrition value isn't like 600% of your daily requirements.

However, you can be pretty smart with some foods and eat way more for less calories. Some can even still taste really good and be more filling too with high protein and fiber content.

Just watch the sauces and extras added on top too, those add up quickly.

Like for breakfast or a night snacks - Oats, I would add a scope of whey protein and a small amount of Up&Go milk, making it into a chocolate puddling. Look up High Protein Overnight Oats or just Protein Oats. Get the right mix, it's seriously easy and good. My trick is to use just a little milk, pulse microwave it, press it together into a firm cake, then add extra milk over top.

I was told to just eat ingredients without ingredients in them - like a tomato.
