The Dr. Disrespect preference.
It's part of the problem.
It's the idea that they want the answers to the multiple choice test so they can get a good grade.
But, having a good grade doesn't always mean one learned anything...
I've dated, lived with, and have been married to women/woman/womenzes...
I have loved and been loved in return. Never once did I ever lower my "standards." Never once were my expectations not met. Never once was there anyone at the time that was prettier, funnier, smarter, wittier, more gooderer, more worthy of being loved and to love...
That's the secret.
There's no multiple choice test to take, no predefined answers to memorize, no boxes to check. Sure, don't chase or choose poorly and keep your head. But, throw out all the "How To" books, all the "Dating Secrets" vids, all the "This is how to be happy" because the people who sell them only make them... to sell something.
Like the people in the vid, they're all sitting there alone, aren't they? Gosh, how'd that happen if they're experts worthy of answering life's toughest riddles? Meh...
Most of the loves in my life had to hit me over the head with it... I didn't see 'em coming. And, for a good many people, that's exactly how it happens.
So, one should do things that will put one in position to let it happen.
Problem solved, thanks for coming to my TFDtalk...
Experience. Nice.
I like that. Especially the gooderer - it's a good word on the goodness spectrum. And good trumps most things in relationships.
Good point. Unsolicited advice - be it from book or friend - is more honest.
Yes. And they don't want to be.
Oh? There has got to be story, Morkonan. Or should I say, a parable?

Because it's what men have done forever... it's just these modern women don't appreciate a nice comment. In my younger days, I would always compliment a lady on her looks etc and open doors. It really wasn't a big issue back in the 90's. But over the last decade doing so can get you into trouble, can even get your fired from your job. I had dirty looks and been called a creep in public myself simply for looking in the direction of a female.
These day's, im not even interested in helping anyone anymore let alone a female in distress.
If you see a female or any person being attacked or robbed, ringing the police is the best option all round. Getting involved not endangers yourself but the consequences of your actions can have a devastating impact on you family if you are killed, injured or even jailed yourself if things go south.
Yeah women in movies can kick some serious butt, maybe I figured women out wrong all this time

Anyone she turns down, is lucky to dodge that bullet.
