I cannot read these brandings because they are from Japan, South Korea, and Thailand.

I only ever get the "Three Crabs" brand Vietnamese stuff, but it comes in a huge bottle and my western palette doesn't agree with it. I still need it though for certain stir-frys, fried rice and curries though. Smells like feet, but you really miss it's absence if you exclude it.
