So if you play games in first person like skyrim,farcry etc do you feel more immersed with your character compared to third person....personally i would say yes first person is more immersive you can’t look around corners

I just started GTA V where you can shift between the two, and I gotta be honest, I'm having trouble deciding. I'll go back and forth a dozen times during the course of one gun fight.

I'm probably going to stay with 3rd because it's easier to see my surroundings.

I'm playing GTA in 1st person when on foot and in 3rd when driving. Also, enable the option to switch from 1st to 3rd when on cover, and you're good to go.

I think many people have a preference due to implementation.

If a game does it wrong obviously you'll hate it...

Even though I'm a FPP guy, TPP works in some games. It has to be done right though. An adjustable FOV for TPP is always a nice touch
