So no, I doubt that you're too old to learn how to dance. But here's what I would consider to be the best advice that you can possibly get, and this goes for anything that you wish to do in life: attempt it first, and then ask yourself if you can do it. Actions provide better answers than questions, and those answers may be different to the ones that other people give you.
