C418, Lena Raine (she worked on Celeste, though I never played it), and Kumi Tanioka did some superb work.
Everyone seems to suggest "Sweden" is probably the closest thing to "the Minecraft theme".
Me? It's Haggstrom, and I'm going down with that ship! (though of the new stuff, I'm partial to Infinite Amethyst, like many others).
You might like Itorah then. Very fast paced, high difficulty stuff isn't up my ally either, and that's why I liked it (one of the biggest complaints people have against the game is basically that it's casual and they find it boring, but if you don't need a convoluted game, it does almost everything else right). Probably wouldn't be a top contender in a thread like this as the music isn't that great, but it's not awful either.
I thought Subwoofer Lullaby was the most beloved track. At the least I would say it's tied with Sweden.
I had no idea SoRR is still being worked on. I thought they stopped with v5.1. Looks like I need to check this out.
