Some games I know are,
- Arcanum can have up to 7 and with skills cam have some more familiars and creations.
- Wasteland 3 have 6 members in party.
also a lot of final fantasy games (FF7, FF8, FF9, FF10, FF12, FF13)
though the OP didn't explain what they meant by their question, if they meant size of party in combat then idk any games with 6-8
Starts with 2 members, party grows to 12 members. Be advised, the difficulty spikes massively in the DLCs.

Party grows over time, I can't remember if you can have 5 or 6 members at a time. Real-time with pause, isn't turn-based.
