I don't eat that vile mechanically separated dogs/hit. You will regret it later in life I can assure you
I made, "Hot Dog Two Way." One with sriracha and the second with hosin sauce.
They were delicious!
I do the same with sausages and mashed potatoes + gravy.
Thankfully most frankfurters are way better than UK 'hot dogs'
but well I have been at birtdays or church picknick where all they served was knockworst on a bun and than I eat some.. a man got to eat aftyer all. if condiments are available I pick mustard only.,
But to grill? never happens here.. we have good quality beef sausages that are made of proper meat and taste a lot better and are fresh.. not from a can.
and at festifals or as a snack when shopping.. you won't find them anywhere sold.. what we sell here is either a croquet on a bun.. or a smoked sausage on a bun.. both I prefer again just mustard nothing else.

Mostly frenches mustard but use others as well
