same logic why most fighting games don't have a lot of 1hko moves or cheap easy combos, the kinds people use in real life.
Nonetheless, I don't mind seeing an attack fail as long as the reason behind it makes sense and fits within the anime's narrative. Naturally, not everyone is built different and just casually eat attacks all the time; many actually have to parry, dodge, or at least block so they don't get immediately bodied for just standing around and staring.
Anime hax are a whole different can of worms though.
This is why they fail.
anime is just like avenger's endgame but with actual good relationships and eye pleasing visuals
Ain't kinda funny that the show before it, Dragon ball isn't like that?
And yeah, that was Dragon Ball Z. I do remember enjoying the first series more.
