My home is anti zombie proof so I would just get some spear type things ie broom handle sharpened and hope for the best.
several areas have lackluster cover options that would need to be remedied, but it's like putting curtains up and plywooding and nailing together a reinforced glass door frame so that it doesn't open anymore.
i feel like there's a neighborhood defense plan in place that would lead to significantly reduced initial threat levels too.
Since the police do not respond to zombie attacks and in their words, "prank calls", I just order a pizza. When the pizza delivery guy arrives the zombies chase him down the road. Who knows where they end up after that. You know what? Now that I think of it, I never did get my pizza.
