What are your thoughts on hot dog eating contests?

The thought of dipping bread in water is disgusting. I get that there is a strategy behind it, but that is just gross eating soggy bread. And who can eat that many hot dogs in one sitting?

There is a big push to get hot dogs classified as carcinogens.

I don't know if that are that unhealthy, but just being in the conversation warrants limiting your intake of them.
