Mushrooms = must have on pizza.

They're good. Though some varieties can be too rubbery. You don't want one topping to take longer to chew than everything else.

They're alright, I sometimes get mushrooms on my pizza, but most of my family not fan of it, so I often don't have it on my pizza.

Very nice if fresh and baked right. More often though you'll be given frozen mushrooms that exhibit an unappetising texture that is both wet and slimy when cooked.

You have to fry mushrooms before putting them on pizza or they will dry out and have no taste. Frying them causes caramelisation.

Ham based pizzas are divine with garlic fried mushrooms.
