Static art and game art are typically very different beasts and done by different folks.

Isn't Fivver something like that?

For a visual novel I hear you can make it a power point presentation and that will upload to steam.

Not sure if that info is still valid but I was looking into doing that myself.

A hint for getting things done:

Don't approach people with names containing words such as "Poorman."

Think about it.

I can give you some broccoli. If you draw and animate 150 items, I can make you some broccoli soup. If you can do it for another 150 assists, I can put cheese in the broccoli soup.

If you can do that for like 2 years, I will bake some bread to go with the soup.
Forget artist all they do is make woke trash. AI is the future.

There's also VN Maker or Visual Novel Maker. It's the same developers as RPG Maker that builds games.

On topic, you can try asking the artists directly. There are many on Fiverr and Deviant Art. It's best to get one artist to maintain style throughout the game unless you brief in an entire collection which will decrease costs on commissions.

There are many illustrators that accept jobs like this especially in Asia where business is booming.
You just have to hire them.

I use Fiverr for all my freelance artist needs. Very reliable.

Make sure you specify if you allow AI usage or not though, that's a thing these days.

Thanks
I looked at the VN maker
I am doing more of a science book kind of thing so the assets associated with that wouldn't work for me but might be handy for the OP.

yeah the reason im asking is cause one i want to do something with my life instead of just working and gaming and two i see how bad the current state of gaming is (not all games but a large portion of it )
i mean ai can pretty much make you any type of pic you want unless you want tne human touch
money? they arent doing anything for free lol and you have them money you can ask them to do anything

Quite something how fiverr gets mentioned; do they still have the problem of selling ratings and reviews including the occasional MyWOT rating service?
