Do you say "okay", "ok" or "k"?
Which do you prefer?

I have never heard anybody say "ok". Where do they do it?

Alright

Let me try to think hard on this question.
Ohh wait, I already did.

Ok is on top, and I have my reasons.
There is no need to spell it as, "okay," when you could just simplify it and put an O and a K together.
K is just bad, I'd be texting someone and they just say, "K." Idk but there's something about it that is just bad. Maybe because it's literally just the letter K?
And ok is just simple and pretty commonly used.

Ok is just a shorter spelling of okay, so I don't get there being a distinction in speech.

I spell out the whole thing.

If I am feeling lazy I just say ok.

If i am feeling petty and edgy I say k.

Okay, oky, oké, or OK it is in my case.

Those who reply with K.. Let's just say that I think twice about interacting with them, having more doubts.
If a person doesn't bother replying with full words, then surely just having a conversation or discussion with them is gonna be a bothersome experience for them aswell, if not even worse than that.
