https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squirrel_and_Hedgehog
"Squirrel and Hedgehog is a North Korean animated series made by SEK Studio. Squirrel and Hedgehog is one of the most popular animated series in North Korea. The show was supposedly discontinued in 2012, which was around the time North Korean state television changed its broadcasting schedule, which cut several animated programs along with it. "
I know the internet went crazy for the north Korean fox girl some years back. From said tv cartoon.
This chubby guy is quite positive and most likely does not deny himself entertainment.
This is NK from space.
The only thing that has been altered in the pic is the addition of the outline of the country.

Someone posted this, dunno if its true or not.
Can't the head of state find a way to get around these restrictions? It's easy to get around it.
I doubt ...
why should North Korea train their children into Elites for about 2 decades and then to corrupt them with Steam afterwards . . . by "western ideologies" . . . destroying everything within a day ?? LOYAL Spies on the other hand is a different story . . .
However, the handful of "Elites" live in mansions . . . with lots of food and stuff . . .
In China though, this is an other story . . .
China heavily censors internet, but at least they have it. People have access to western music, movies, books, again censored, but that's more than NK.
I would imagine 99% of North Koreans don't even have access to computers.
