I was thinking the same thing, every delivery company whether uber, amazon or parcel delivery and even customer service has alot of people who can't speak or even read English
the amount of issues I'm having getting things because of that is annoying
I don't hate or even dislike immigrants but it is baffling how if you look on most of the requirements to get these kinds of jobs on the application pages they'll list good English or communication skills yet they clearly skipped that and still got the job somehow uwu

My biggest problem with customer services is that they understand the words, but they don't understand the sentences.
And I think this is a problem with many people, who learn a very different language, is they don't understand that just because you can translate doesn't mean you will get what the person really means.
