Feminism was supposed to be about establishing equality between men and women in relationships. Women dominate some men in relationships today. Conservative Christians think women should be submissive to the man. It pretty much goes against the Bible. It would make sense as to why conservatives aren't against MGTOW if it's meant to oppose modern feminism.

I guess those MGTWO guys, same as some other people, who apparently have nothing to do with women - have many opinions on them and need to spread a lot of things about them - and make it political, even if they claim that they don´t bother with it.
