What show/movie had the most depressing ending for you?
For me, it was either Grave of The Fireflies or The End of Evangelion.

'Halloween Ends' is one of the saddest movies of all time. :citizentears:

The Mist.

After the main character ran out of gas there was nowhere to go. If they step outside then the monsters would get them. He only had a few bullets left in his gun so he decided to “mercy kill” everyone so they don’t have to die a painful death. Sadly he didn’t have enough bullets to shoot himself so he went outside so the monsters could kill him. x_x

Fun fact: the entire family actually survived in the novella, but the director changed the ending to leave the audience shocked. Stephen King approved of this change and thought the new ending was better.

Most depressing probably not but the episode victory & death of the clone wars I think create the right feeling of everything bad to come was completely unecessary.

That ending wasn't depressing, it was frustrating, and total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

A kid who is, at the most, a few weeks from turning eighteen kills himself because his parents tell him he can't be an actor.

Seriously!? Ride it out for a few more weeks, you turn 18, and they can't tell you to do ♥♥♥♥!
