Any problems they have are more caused by the sanctions and threats more than anything else, we prevented their society from advancing by forcing them to hunker down, and they've been quite successful in proving what it takes to keep the west away, nuclear weapons and I'm sure more and more countries will do the same, so our efforts have only ensured proliferation.
