whats your prefered speed in a new show?

i want things to get going as soon as possible, not too fast though that things are rushed with no time to progress, looking at you tenchi, oh im gonna become a fantasy space warrior, then a powered up fantasy space warrior for no reason. then it goes back to being a full harem. or the index series, slow, boring and dumb. digimon tri aka tri again and failed was rushed with recycled ideas with nothing explained. over lord, ♥♥♥♥ happens, slow and nothing is explained, main character has nothing better to do but waste everyone's time. digimon ghost game was also slow, dumb and pointless. terraformars both manga and anime are super crazy slow, held back from prequels, filler and never moving forward and bad plots. as i said, i want things to get moving as soon as possible, get to know the characters, make progress as in take one step at a time, not five, not ten, not twenty or more from step one. let them grow and develop into a likable character
