Oh boy, here's a list - in no particular order, mind you. I will limit myself to music with lyrics. Am I going to link it?

It's my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ birthday, do me a solid and just look up the songs yourself.

VenusBlood HOLLOW - Hallucinate and Want More, Need Less. Most games by Ninetail/Dualtail have great OSTs.
Saya no Uta - Shoes of Glass. Kanako Ito has an amazing voice.
The Caligula Effect: Overdose - Suicide Prototype. It being a song about anxiety and escapism is wholly relatable.
The Caligula Effect 2 - Eternal Silver. A great note to begin on. Also I'm still amazed that DECO*27 was involved with this game.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption - I Want To Kill You. This is not the Darling Violetta song whose lyrics I have memorized.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines - A Smaller God. This one, however, I do.
Squirrel with a Gun - Squirrel with a Gun. It's not Take Your Shot, which in turn means it doesn't wear out it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ welcome the twelfth time at the first boss ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Honorable mentions to Team Fortress 2 - Can You Quack, which while not official I consider part of the OST. Has the same sort of absurdist appeal as Ram Ranch, Galo Sengan and Electric Six's Gay Bar.

I’m not Russian but I do enjoy the instruments, vocals, beat and rhythm to songs even though I can’t understand the lyrics. There’s a song called Spokoynaya Noch by KINO that has become my favourite song.
