Doom sounds as if it was composed for or made on an electric organ. Or made by someone who was into electric organs one way or another.

Sonic CD's Japanese soundtrack, and Puyo Puyo

Sun's soundtrack are among my video video game soundtracks. There's also that Shmup for the PC Engine CD and Sega CD I think, called Lords of Thunder with its rocking tunes that give me Killer Instinct vibes.

Yes! The Metroid universe soundtrack is amazing from NES to GameCube/WiiU/Switch! All of Metroid music is amazing!! The band "Steamage" who covers most Metroid songs in metal do a great job at it!
