Contact the IP holder of the game and ask them to put it on Steam. They are the only ones who can do that. Not Valve. And no the IP owners of the game are not going to be looking here to see if people are still interested in their game. You need to contact them yourself.
If they remaster the show, then I'd expect to see it. Most people want the show remastered, first and foremost.
I thought the first few episodes were pretty fire, but towards the end, I lost the plot a bit. It never stopped being cool, but it could have used some work.

Yes, in fact, they made two but both games are riddled with bugs and glitches because of rushed development and both games were never patched, never finished.
That's why they're largely forgotten games today.
It's a shame really, sure, the plot got a little convoluted but Afro Samurai is awesome and deserved better.

That's why the show basically got halted in production after two episodes.
