No, It doesn't matter what the job title is.
Please click and watch pretty much any of the videos i've posted on this thread. "Fake" jobs refer to posting a need or soliciting a need to hire workers / employees when you as an employer or recruiter know there is no need to hire, you won't hire, or that position is already filled.
It's not about some work or employment classism or any of that crap. It's about employment an a broad scope, which affects everyone.
why else would they have a sign up?
like "oh we just forgot to take the sign down for like 6 months... and then still forgot after you came in looking for a job..."
too bad you need to have money to sue people...
Please don't tell me they have these "now hiring" signs up of months on end or repeatedly post the same openings online, yet can't find a single qualified person to fill that role. If I'm, and other people, aren't the only ones seeing that reality is it really a personal issue?
I find it hard to believe all these people, myself included, who can't find work are the problem.
I'm not... I'm saying they specifically don't want to hire *you* and are just saying that to skirt discrimination laws.
sucks how only "criminals" have to obey laws...
over 70% of jobs spots are already filled before apearing as posting for the public.
the law in my nation demands that all offerings are available to the public,
however very often a compagmy has already some friend or relative of an employee hired for that position.. sometimes even creating the position especially for them..
plus any vat (thats 21% of what they pay is deductable fully)
like if you hire an intern while giving them training by sending them to college with the college bill paid by the compagny.. while also paying them wages.. all of that is deductable from the taxes the compagny pays.
so say the bill of a year of college + dorm = 10000 euro inclduing 21% vat.
if paid this way.. the compagny can lower their taxes that year by 3800 euro. meaning it only costs them 6200 euro...
more often than not this is the child of one of the owners of the compagny or a family friend this is done for.. sometimes an excisting employee this position is created for...
if it was done the normal route -> the boss paying himself enough wage so he could for that 10k bill himself.. it be SO much more...
***first as a citycen he can deduct NON of that 10k... as such he must pay all of it..
***secondly taxrate is 42% on wages.. so to earn 10k more after taxes.. he needs to pay himself 17241 euro more wage.
**next employes must pay to the state various insurances as a percentage of their gross income. this percentage is 30%.,. so that the cost to the compagny to pay 17241 more wage is actually 22414 euro...
while this lowers the profit of the compagny by that amount.. meaning 5606 euro less taxes.
making the neth cost to the compagny 16818 euro..
thats MUCH more than the 6200 euro it cost them by using the evasion trick.
and while the state demands ALL positions are made available to the public and they may even hold a few intervieuws to keep up the show.. they already know LONG before who they going to hire..
even for jobs without such benefits attached... bosses prefer their excisting employees to bring in a friend.. or bring in people they already know themselves..
VERY rarely you will get a job by handing in your resume without being a personal friend of the boss or one of the employees already working in a firm aka without somebody already on the inside to vouch for you...
having a network of friends in good positions is MUCH more important for your chance on the labour market than having experience or a degree..
ofcourse those two still are important... bosses like degrees..and experience.,.. but usually they not care AT ALL in what...
a degree to a boss communicates you were able to obey and hand in all tasks on time with at least average quality for 4 years,, thats all they are interested in.
and recent work experience shows a boss you aint afraid to work..
bosses are HIGHLY alergic to people who are currently unemployed.. something must be wrong with you/you lazy and if you are currently more than a year unemployed they rather hire a former inmate than you....
somebody that long unemployed is an incredible high risk to hire (for if you get sick an employer is laible to pay your wages for upto 2 years..)
having to many different jobs in a short window is also not what bosses like to see.. it shows you have no loyality / that others deemed you not worthy to keep after they sampled you work.. both are severe red flags..
having worked to long at the same firm however.. they also not really like.. for it may show you are incapable to handle change.
they prefer to hire people who are currently in a job.. and have worked 2-5 years at their current compagny..
math is fun, isn't it?
as my aditions stated.. bosses prefer to hire people who are currently in a job.. to the point if your currently unemployed for over a year your chanced to get hired are basicly 0.
and "being already filled" before posted.. does not mean "by somebody already working in the compagny"
I mean they have already found somebody who got advised to them by a current employee or a personal friend.. but cause the law demands it they still post the offer open for the public.. despite them already having made up their minds who they going to hire..
so basicly for 70% of public job offerings the chance of anybody not having an inside network contact in that firm.. aka a person to vouch for them.. getting that job.. is zero..
so if you have no network.. and ONLY respond on these public postings.. that means by sheer randomness.. on 7/10 you have 0 chance getting them no matter how well you present yourself..
they only excist for if the compagny not did it this way they would be breaking the law.. it is just as when compagny's sometimes not want to hire people of a certain gender (often man are discriminated against.. some male bosses.. like to hire only females.. "I not want other roosters amongst my hens" and some female bosses.. have toxic feminism and won't hate man..
yet such discrimination is banned by law.. so all positions are posted as m/v.. despite they NEVER will hire a m for that postion..
not to mention most people get jobs through connections... if you're scraping with some kinda "resume" they're milkin you.
well lets say.. it had this confirmed more than once in my life..
often when I did have an insider.. but decieded not to use/reveal that fact.
but still my own spy to listen in in the process.. and record it for me..
usually I surprised them presenting myself so well in the intervieuw..that they felt bad..
cause they only created this position for person x.. and already promised that person that job.. but I was SO much better.. and they hated to see me go to a competitor..
sometimes they decieded in my favor sometimes their loyality to their friend was greater than the compagny interest... but it IS a very real buisnuiss practice..
dutch being direct... some compagnies also are open about this at least verbally after they made sure I have no way to record that conversation... (but far more are not.. for well it is against the law.. but compagnies do it all the time..
as for being rejected in the talk on being male alone.. that has happened a dosin times orso.. sometimes even after already given the job by the central manager of the firm.. and actually prefered to have a male in the team.... telling me the next round of talks was only a formality.. the other 2 candidates she not wanted.. but than the maleowner (who basicly only came to collect the profit) rejected me flat out before I even sat down.. telling you can go.. I only tolerate 1 rooster in this henhouse... HIGHLY against the law.. but yeah it happens..
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ewIT_KAQQlU
I was not expected to hear anything of this nor did they knew I had an insider listening in..
simplefied it was the meeting between the floor managers, managers the central director.. and board director.. who to hire of the aplicants...
with one of those 12 snitching what was said in this confidential meeting to me.
I could not use this data.. for a lawsuit for well that would expose that personal friend.. and bring his job in danger.. but that person knew me well enough I would not do that.,
how is it a sandwich if I basicly already promised my friends daughter to babysit my kids 3 days a week for 20 euro an hour... 18 hrs a week.. despite she being only a 14yo kid with zero experience in this... I know my friend and he vouches she is trustworthy that is enough for me.
but by law are expected to publish that job offering publicly for all to respond and have intervieuws.
**I post it as cheaply as I can.. with as little exposure as possible.. not expecting anybody good to walk in... as always... but than mary poppins herself applies for this job and she fully convincing you she IS that good...
that is basicly the position some compagnies are put in...
often they still hire than than daughter of a friend..
so they care more about not enstranging somebody they will have to see in the future..
than they care about denying themselves a much better employee.
basicly thats whats such meetings are about they never expect somebody better than their pre-selected candidate to show up.. and can wave it away if they are equal or only marginally better.. but sometimes an outside apliant is SO much better than the pre-selected candidate it puts them in quite a dilemma..
thats basicly how it works..
I want to hire a new secretairy.. I will hire somebody I personally know.. or somebody that somebody I personally know vouches by default 70% of the time.
in larger firms.. that 70% extend to "somebody that my most aprieciated and best employees vouch for.. they know personally" aka a friend of a friend..
so I already decieded who I going to hire for the position..
but the law DEMANDS I still post that job offer to the general public and I would be liable to HUGE fines if found out I did do such nepostism...
yet over 70% of vacancies you apply for.. are already filled before they were even placed.
NOBODY applying to that vacancy will get it.. it was filled before it was posted.
the friends daughter was an hypothethical case.. to show how the labourmarket here basicly works. if you have no network your chance to get work is HIGHLY reduced.
and if you have no APROPIATE network.. say you are educated/exp[erienced in one area.. or at a higher or much lower level than your friends and family.. than thats bad too..
in the wrong area less so.. for bosses care more about the level of your degree and responsibility of your current job than they care if you have any knowledge or experience in their specific sector.. still if I want to work in education but all my friends work in finance.. or worse I am phd educated but most my friends and family are dropouts or tradeschool educated.. they are utterly useless... and my chances for a job are much declined... much less skilled people with a network end up having much better careers.
bosses not care AT ALL if I was top of my class or school... or if I am mensa 2d grade.. they only care "is there somebody I know that can vouch for you"
basicly stating that no matter that there are laws suppingly making all get an equal chance and it all being about merit aka the best getting hired and promotions.. bosses are people too and find ways to circumvent these laws..
and with labourlaws so strict here.. making firing somebody very costly and hard.. and an sick employee basicly bankrupting a boss as they may have to pay them 2 years full wages without any work in return... without the ability to terminate them..
-> bossesd are INCREDIBLE wary to hire outsiders.,,
(and for the same reason anybody not currently already employed.. or who is working less than 2 or more than 5 years at their current workplace)
the financial cost of hiring one of those idiots that becomes "burned out" after 2 weeks.. and than you have to pay them 2 years full wages.. as you cannot legally fire an employee thats sick until theyu have been 2 years away.. even if they only had a temporal contract of a week.. is just WAY to great to risk it.
