There's no accounting for taste.
Try putting some in lasagna or ravioli, no problems there even if in the end it's "kinda really similar". But it's not.
Bun, pesto, pasta, arugula, Parmesan - and pineapple.
Italian style hamburger - but with the devil´s touch...
(I suppose pesto does have Parmesan cheese in it. But I've always considered it a salty condiment and not a dairy product...)
Although, if you coat it with pesto, the hamburger may fit into your open mouth.
