Just buy the stuff you like and ignore the rest. You know, as mature adults do.
Look where are we now 15 years later... there isn't mass entertainment media (movies, music, books, games, TV) that doesn't include some DEI propaganda... The world is going to hell and we are actively helping the people plotting against us - WHY?
And who is this "us"? What are they "plotting"?
The irony is that you're talking about propaganda from one side, when you're exhibiting that you're the other side of the same coin. Quite funny.
I've been gaming for 35+ years now, people always want to make up issues in the gaming industry. They never actually were issues, though.
15 years ago you could rarely see LGBT and POC characters in video games, now you could rarely see white, hetero male characters in video games...
What is the problem? The problem is video games audiences are 80% white, hetero males[1] and now they want us to be pushed out of gaming - THIS IS THE PROBLEM!

Which games have been "destroyed" recently?
I mean, if you want to "destroy" a game, the most reliable way is to mess with the core gameplay, just look at what happened to Command & Conquer after Kane's Wrath and Dawn of War after II - Retribution. "Destruction" of games has nothing to do with throwing in new characters which are not liked by certain people for one reason or another.

Dont like what a company is doing? Dont buy it.
Blizzard/activism/World of Warcraft is selling early access in their up and coming expansion. They have never sold early access before. This is a game where some guilds compete for the honor of killing a boss first.
So this selling of early access goes against the spirit of the game.
I will not be playing this expansion. I am voting with my wallet. I think selling early access for 90 dollars is a greedy money grabbing move and it stinks.
Microsft who bought blizzard for an absurd 67.5 Billion dollars now needs to start getting that money back. So they are taking it back from the players one way or another. Want to play the expansion and not be left behind? Pay up or get left behind. Scummy move.
I wont be playing world of warcraft anymore
AFAIK, Forspoken didn't really need much "destroying" given how empty its world is and how poorly written the scripts are. Also, that's not a franchise. Dragon Age was always including themes of racial discrimination (aren't Elves treated like second-class citizens in the first one?). Last of Us 2 is also more a victim of bad character decisions. Ellie goes on a quest for revenge, loses everything on her path, doesn't exact revenge, making the entire game MOOT and POINTLESS. Mass Effect Andromeda, I heard it had general visual design problems. Suicide Squad is grindy and bland, not much "destruction" needed. I'm no fan of superhero stuff, so I have zero information on Spiderman II and GK. Same goes for Alan Wake 2, I can't handle horror games. Which Dune are you referring to? Spice Wars? The negative reviews are talking about pacing and gameplay issues but the game still has a 79% positive review rating. Doesn't look "destroyed" to me.
