Plus how powerless they are to stop another killer protected by the american government, Anne Sacoolas after she killed someone and fled to the USA. she is not only a spineless coward not to face her murder charges and get convicted for it, but so is the American government for protecting a killer from justice and the British government for not pushing harder to get her extradited.
The UK is remarkably soft-touch when it comes to bringing their killers to justice.

Oh, I see what happened. You took a specific excerpt from the study and left everything out about the disparity of who was sentenced prison, who faced light or harsher punishment, who had lighter bond amounts, etc.
