What in the utter living hell is glassing? Like she poured her drink on him? Hit him with her glass?

Smashed a glass over his head.

I think it's foolish and dishonest to misrepresent an "issue" like this. Ever notice how people who repeatedly post nonsense like this rarely include links? When there are links, it is invariably from disreputable, highly suspect sources?

What you have described is simply stupid. Your psycho woman is a dangerous nut case. If there were such a case, and anything even remotely like what you have described occurred, I promise you, there would be a lot more to the story that Joe Rogan, or Alex Jones didn't want you to know.

I would never accept "news" from non-critical thinkers.

Who says this happened, where did it happen, when did it happen, what were the charges, what are the lawyers (on both sides) saying about it? Without this kind of information, the whole thing is a complete waste of time.

If people want equal rights, then it should be for the good and the bad.
She should have received the proper punishment.

Plus how powerless they are to stop another killer protected by the american government, Anne Sacoolas after she killed someone and fled to the USA. she is not only a spineless coward not to face her murder charges and get convicted for it, but so is the American government for protecting a killer from justice and the British government for not pushing harder to get her extradited.

The UK is remarkably soft-touch when it comes to bringing their killers to justice.

Not necessarily get off more but there is evidence of lighter sentencing[journalistsresource.org] for similar crimes. While this study is from 2015, it does show an issue when it comes to fair sentencing.

The study "An Examination of Defendant Sex Disparity in Capital Sentencing: A Propensity Score Matching Approach" investigates the role of defendant gender in capital sentencing decisions using data from the North Carolina Capital Sentencing Project. It employs propensity score matching to adjust for legal and extralegal characteristics, finding that initial significant disparities in death penalty rates between male and female defendants disappear after such adjustments. The study suggests that observed gender effects in sentencing outcomes primarily reflect differences in case characteristics rather than jury bias based on defendant sex.

That's from reading the actual study instead of the reporting on the study. I did research on the effects that certain foods have on blood sugar levels and there were countless articles saying the study was a "diet"

Do yourself a favour and read the actual study instead of linking news reports on studies which often get things wrong.
I added another.

Oh, I see what happened. You took a specific excerpt from the study and left everything out about the disparity of who was sentenced prison, who faced light or harsher punishment, who had lighter bond amounts, etc.

Weird how "reading the actual study" left all of that out.

Women want equal rights then they should get equal punishment. Most women want equal rights but when they do a crime then they think the punishment a man gets for the same crime is to harsh for them. So they want it both ways and sorry it don't work that way. You want to be equal then everything should be equal even jail time.

I took the outcome of the study. Are we angry that reading the actual study doesn't support your claims aw. Sorry about that.
