Tsubame, not for me either but the small things like it is actually against city bylaws to live in the city parks and both city parks staff and city police let him be, a healthcare / social services worker paid a hospitals bill out of his own pocket for him. then to update from 1990s value the old guy survived for a decade on 100 bucks a year.
