Hell no.
some of the more marginal tribes rose to prominence in the wake of the european plagues though. typically they were held in check until they allied with the europeans.
The left has been labelling all critics as russian assets, or racists, or whatever manipulative tactic they can use, to avoid thinking logically.
The left doesnt support THIS genocide. This 1 genocide.
However that doesn't give a blank check to the Israeli govt to bomb & shot as many palestinians civilians as possible and use famine as a weapon, Geneva convention exist for a reason or the Israeli govt haven't signed it? What about Vienna convention?. There's an ICJ ruling about this whole humanitarian disaster still on-going atm...
Also have people forgotten the World Central Kitchen civilians (3 British citizens, 1 Palestinian citizen, 1 USA-Canada dual citizen, 1 Polish citizen, 1 Australian citizen), incident a few weeks ago that were targetted by the IDF...

Edit:
Overall the situation is a complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and a total humanitarian disaster. And depending how the crackdown of protest goes, it could end up being another Kent state shooting like it happened during the Vietnam war.
well technically they were recognized, so they both have conflicting claims to the territory.
It's not genocide when you don't see them as people in the first place.
The rules or laws or whatever set of conventions are used typically allow the killing of combatants, typically regular soldiers, irregulars if armed, and whoever else picks up a weapon, civilians included.
Starvation is a siege tactic a old as mankind. It's nasty stuff. It may be outlawed, but what are you going to do when an army has an enemy surrounded to keep them in place? Call the police?
One of the old nasty tactics the Vietcong used was to tie grenades to children, notably little girls, and send them to the US soldiers. What do you do?
The Imperial Japanese Army was told by the Emperor himself to adhere to the Geneva Convention, but the Imperial Army took advantage of anyone they pleased. Again, are you going to call the cops?
A lot of people, you included, want to appeal to my humanity by stating how inhuman the whole exercise is. I agree, it is inhuman, but that's war.
Terrorists and their supporters, as well as criminals etc are not people
