I suppose.

When it happens to me: "Drive Rush is such a cheap mechanic in SF6, why are you allowed to poke me from across the realm and then start comboing like you did something? So cheap..."

When I get to do it: "HAHA DRIVE RUSH GO BRRRRRR"

The same happens in fps games.

Random player: This weapon is absurdly op, remove/nerf it you stupid devs!

The same guy when he gets that weapon:

Of course it's not common. Also, there is no such thing as "transphobia" or "homophobia", just like there is no such thing as "coprophobia".

It is both natural and normal for human beings to be disgusted by excrement. We are not afraid of excrement, we are naturally disgusted by it. If a coprophagic micro-minority began a dishonest agenda to call 99.99% of people "coprophobic" --- to paint everyone else as the ones who are abnormal --- it wouldn't change a single thing... 99.99% of people would still be naturally and normally disgusted by excrement, and the coprophages would still be the ones with the problem.

Likewise, "straight" men are naturally revolted by the thought of homosexual behavior, just like extremely gay men are revolted by the thought of heterosexual behavior. Pretending that 99% of men only pretend to be disgusted by homosexual behavior is the height of dishonesty.

I don't know how a person can treat others that dishonestly and yet expect to be treated kindly in return.

Pretty common, yes. But it's not the only reason that people hate, so it can be difficult to tell why they do.
I don't know, I suppose the hatred is anger directed towards themselves or sometimes it is anger towards the "normal" people.
It's complicated, though. I knew someone who was gay who wasn't angry at the world, rather the world was "grey" to them. It only became colour when they realised that they were gay. I knew another who was bitterly angry at the world. It's not straightforward at all.
The important thing is that if YOU are angry at the world then you need to sit down and search within yourself to discover why.

Nonsense. Almost all gay people have straight friends, even people that are "extremely gay" (what does that even mean... jeez).

related to what OP said, I've heard stories about people who are raging homophobes secretly being gay

What does having friends have to do with sexual behavior?

It means a person who does not simply have mild or moderate homosexual tendencies --- i.e. a person who is not "bi" but just "gay".

1. You wouldn't be friends with someone whose behavior (sexual or otherwise) disgusts you, right? Now try connecting the dots, it's not rocket science...

2. So extremely gay means... gay? Okay, thanks for the info.

You can be gay and just like to cuddle/kiss. Those relationships exist too, where thats as far as it goes.

Where its like a game buddy, that you can hug/kiss and that lives with you. And thats the extent of it.

I don't know why you are being so high-handed and arrogant, but you're wrong. Sexual behavior doesn't bother a person because it's normally private and not discussed. If what you are saying were true, no human being in the world would have any friends, because everyone defecates, grandparents have sex, but hardly anyone wants to see or think about that behavior.

No... That is not what I said at all. You are disrespecting me by not paying attention to what I say.... it would seem deliberately.

It depends on how much societal/peer influence is involved. The less your peer group(s) are receptive to something, the more likely you are to openly denounce it too, even if you don't actually hate it.

And if "extremely gay" men are revolted by the thought of heterosexual behavior, how are they friends with heterosexual people like I mentioned?

That's true, but OP is referring to the case of actually hating something but secretly (i.e. subconsciously) loving it --- which is not at all a common thing.

What you say re: pretending to dislike something is, again, true, but I would add that that kind of behavior is typically youthful, and does not commonly apply to people as they enter their 20s and beyond.

Before I continue, why don't you do me the service of explaining why you are disparaging toward me, instead of engaging me in civil discussion?
