immortan joe from fury road
Tom Burke[www.imdb.com] plays immortan joe sense the original actor passed away last year
It's a prequel set 15-20 years earlier and Taylor-Joy is 21 years younger. Probably cheaper than CGI or make-up to make Theron look younger. Not that Theron necessarily looks "old", but you know Hollywood.
but i always get doubtful when people start digging in the same spot by making sequels to stories that do not need further delving/explaining.
so i am skeptical about this one, but i was skeptical about Fury Road as well and it turned out to be one of my favorite action movies.
so i would gladly be wrong about this one too since i like good movies.
i will watch it at some point, but for now i remain skeptical.
Fix't
No.
even with George Miller writing and directing it?
He doesn't care if the director is good (which he is). It has a strong female protagonist, so it is automatically bad for people like him.
just get a bunch of old cars and crash em and nail leather to people
But that's essentially what "Mad Max: Fury Road" was. The cars were real, so were the stunt people.
Hope the pc game released based on it will be as good as the last one
