In fairness its not a sphere, not a perfect one which I think is what Flame is getting at, its an oblique sphere which is the actual shape of earth, science does not accept that Earth is just a sphere so that claim in of itself is actually wrong but many will still just call it a sphere as unless one knows the entire situation of the oblique sphere stuff then honestly sphere works fine in all cases

In Stellaris (the game) they take the whole idea in a great way. They effectively added a Flat Planet, not Flat earth. Effectively they took the idea of the Alderson Disc, made it microscopic, sat it on an cone of solid rock and threw it orbit of a star, boom Flat Planet.

Whats so funny about it is that from an outside view, it looks like someone just took a ice cream scoop of earth, put it on a cone of bedrock and threw it into orbit of a star which somehow the idea of that being how Flat Earth would look from space becomes all the more funny when it implies that Flat Earth is just a stolen piece of the real earth that became the situation its now in because some aliens got really bored one day XD

Keep in mind this is all from a game, nothing to do with anything more

To give a blunt and context of Oblique to Perfect Sphere is that the perfect is a solid surface with no lower or higher points, in this case if Earth was a perfect sphere then there would be no seas or mountains, everything in a literal sense would be a smooth surface where the Oblique ID's a sphere with the opposite, a sphere with lower and higher points.

the people who believe it is shaped like a plate are still dumb

those ppl used to be the holy Catholic church for hundreds of yrs.
I'd bet thousands were mutilated claiming the obvious thing, that the earth is a sphere.
