"We Need To Talk About “Buy Now Pay Later”"

Do we all really have to pay 6% to 10% more for everything, because the service exist? Are people really using it to buy stuff like a domino's pizza?

For things like a fridge, sure. For a pizza, what sort of financial situation do u have to be in that u can't buy a pizza there and then lmao?

I did the 11 month don't pay a cent event once with the Brick furniture store, they still give you a store credit card, but I manage to save up the funds before interest rates sunk in and paid off the furniture and told the store to cut the card up and trash it

Why don't we discuss student loans while we're at it, OP?

Do I seem like someone that went into 30 years of debt to learn what is on youtube, for free?

The economy wouldn't really exist without stupid people- at least as we know it.

There's a sucker born every minute.

An unwise strategy unless the person is desperate for items or assets that will benefit from gaining more income e.g. a vehicle, work tools or workplace uniform. Pay Later businesses benefit from people with poor credit and their lack of financial management.

I'm not taking anything for Free, especially with any form of catch to it...

I'll pay full price, don't care what it is...

Yes, i've turned down free food,
i've turned down free service...

Why??

Cause i'm not dum to download an APP
that is the most arzsenine APP to use...

I'm not dum to be fooled into Downloading APP's on a Phone...

Her argument has one minor flaw. The standard price for an object isn't really set by the retailers who elect to use these services. The standard price is set by the manufacturers. I don't think video games went from a $50 M.S.R.P. to a $60 or $70 M.S.R.P. because of Klarma.
