Who would survive a longer? A person with High IQ, or a person with good common sense?
Firstly, no, high IQ does not mean you have good common sense, and actually studies show people with high IQ do not have good common sense at all.

If a nuclear fallout (like the games per say) happened, who do you think would survive the longest?

I think the person with good common sense would personally. They would make far less risky choices, and trust less people around them. High IQ usually are more open minded, and trusting, but i feel like that would be a negative in something like Fallout. On the other hand, High IQ would be able to craft more needed gear, or weapons, so who knows.

Max out Luck and Perception. Everything else is gravy.
the person with good common sense is going to find themselves in a situation where it no longer applies as soon as society is taken out of the picture.

the only way it would work is if they started a beforetimes cult, where the social rules and norms they've internalized are still relevant. it would have to be the same brutalist cult as the ones everyone else is making, in order to survive. and in a sense would be a self-fulfilling goal. the comfort of your beforetimes cult, and its use as a rallying standard, is its only real reward. like House without the lasers and robots and intact hotels.

IQ doesn't mean as much as people make it mean. They aren't usually more open-minded either, I think it's the opposite rather. It's an interesting discussion in itself, but your hypothetical as it stands is way too vague for me to answer.
The one with the money to pay certain people to shoot others who want to get into their fallout shelter, which provides all luxuries and food for the next 30 years, and some other gimmicks to go a bit longer if necessary.

i say good common sense less chance for them to win darwin award

also high iq may be good common sense
Both are irrelevant if you lack the knowledge, resources and skillset needed to at the very least make it past the point where the unlucky ones are dying of cholera, tuberculosis and fallout. Which by that, I mean contaminated wind and rainwater.

And yes, that means the lucky ones are those who die in a nuclear blast. At least they won't have to suffer. Also, it's more likely that some head of state being voted out or similarly deposed would be so petty as to press the little red button or that a nation with some manner of Samson Option is put into a position where they actually need to use it.

I mean you're more likely to see someone blatantly circumvent MAD instead of just using bioweapons, hackers, propaganda or paid shills to do so subversively. The minute someone does that a la the Star Wars program but it actually works everyone is going to nuke them at once. Though you're still more likely to see some socialist spud slap that nuclear strike button because they didn't get their way.

What's that Common Sense score?
I think common sense is going to be contextual in a nuclear apocalypse (assuming there's any square meter of habitable land).

Like, common sense is fine in a normal emergency to do well enough.

The end of society as we know it isn't exactly one of those times.

I don't think anyone will do well in the end times. High IQ or otherwise.
I prefer maxed out luck and agility, perception is good but if you run outta bullets or are forced to close combat you are in trouble, with ,as agility you can evade, dodge, and retreat from a situation, hi i.q. individuals only see the logical side, they don't understand the abstract or the intuitive nature of situations.

It´s - erm - not good. Like - pew - the studies showed. Yes, yes. They had - erm - asked about - pew - like it´s not logic, but it´s common sense. That´s like logic, but more straight forward and simple. Like if You work in any office, and someone asks You any question, the common sense answer would be: "It is, how it is." or "This is not my responsibility." High IQ people can´t do that. *Pause* Oh damn. Sorry, i´m getting a phone call. It´s really important...
Neither. Life is cruel that way.
