I'd say second life is the one where you have the most freedom to do whatever you want. the whole world is completely owned and designed by players

If you aren't ready for the super markets, you can go to Wal-Mart. The quality of people. . . . well, it's Wal-Mart.
Though if you are really desperate, you can go to church. Just watch out, lots of pastors will try to hook you up with single mothers that are in the congregation.

And Second Life isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
And they allow players to craft gloves.
I'm not interested in meeting people in this "Real World"
I'm not desperate at all...
... You people confuse having strick standards and refusing to settle for someone who is immoral or not a good person and yet hoping and striving and wishing to find the one who is real and sweet and kind and gentle and loving and genuinely an amazing person...
As desperate?
It is not that I cannot have a relationship... I just choose to NOT be in one with people who do bad things or are not serious.
Really any MMO you could form relationships, although it is harder now than it used to be since MMO game design philosophy (and general societal mindset) has kind of shifted. It'd be possible to find friends in any MMO but it's probably easier in older MMOs.
Foxhole is a cool one. It's basically a WW2-ish setting and it;s a persistent real-time war between two factions. There are many many non-violent roles in this, since there is an entire logistics chain to create all of the vehicles/weapons/equipment that the players use. Those devs were making another similar game too that is based in Medieval times, but I'm blanking on the name of that.
Do you like space stuff? I think EVE or Star Citizen can be played entirely non-violently.
Old Star Wars Galaxies could be played non-violently as well, but that was a looooong time ago and you'd have to find a private server or emu or something.
WURM Online is another old one, it's kind of like an open-world sandbox Runescape. Lots of grinding, lots of crafting, etc etc.
I have never tried it since it doesn't appeal to me, but maybe look into Roblox? It's very popular and has a lot of the 3d-chatroom aspects that you seem to be looking for. Forewarning though: Careful getting into relationships on there as there are a lot of kids who play that game hahaha
They didn't say that you're.
Killing Floor 2 is very fun because it lets you play on a team of up to 6 people with different roles (classes), and to me it feels like Overwatch 1 without the pvp elements. The community may not be very talkative unless you find the right lobbies but they are so positive and welcoming and the core gameplay is so satisfying and fun.
