im making a diet for a few month right now and what really helps to not eat a large portion of unhealthy food is for me personally watching other people eating large portions of unhealty food (probably to feel for myself miserbly eating a lot of calories).

i´m mostly through his videos. so what kind of other channels can you recommend, that very (and i mean VERY) simmular content like him. some of the other channels making a little bit of dry or boring content. What kind of entertaining channels would you recommend?

I used to watch a few others, like Atlas, but their presentation just annoyed me. Adam's is the only food eating channel I watch anymore.

YouTube will certainly recommend all the similar channels you could possibly want though.

The diet isn't going to do anything. You need to adjust your eating habits and lifestyle PERMANENTLY in order to stay in a normal weight range and healthy.

Regarding your question, just watch Mukbang videos.

Rate my takeaway , but he's not a competitive eater. He just takes recommendations from his channel followers and has a little folding table to partake in said takeaways. Indians Kebabs fish n chips end of pier burgers. Totally harmless non offensive.

Youtube will naturally recommend videos. I'm not sure why you need a topic one it. What's wrong with youtube's recommendations?

I guarantee that you've seen Katina Eats Kilos in your recommendations. She's almost identical to Beard. She dates Randy Santel who has his own channel.

Guga is also good, but it's not extreme eating.

I don't think this will be good for the OP but as I watch food progs and series I have just come across this guy who has some interesting sounding video's. Not seen any yet. Just bookmarked.
