What creature from a game creeps you out the most?

I've always been spooked by Mirelurks in Fallout 4. They are giant human-sized horseshoe crabs. When you get close to them they immediately get up and start running towards you. It freaks me out lol

Honestly, I found most of the enemies in Evil Within creepy as hell compared to other horror games. They become more and more disgusting as you progress, especially Ruvik's last form.
